So, I am without a new success story this week but hopefully I will get one soon to post! If you’ve been successful through your infertility struggle whether it’s been through an IUI, IVF, Clomid or any other type of cycle, or through adoption, or even surprisingly through a natural cycle, all stories have a way of inspiring others and they give a very warm-hearted feeling.
I am also writing because I have another new book idea!
I would love to compile snippets from the past success stories and any that I get in the future (with permission of course) into one place. I would divide this book into 3 parts. One part would be the shortened version/summary of the stories. Another would be a section of the stress-free techniques that helped and the 3rd section would be the advice to others.
What do you think?
I think it could be a very powerful read to any struggling with infertility. If you want to be a part of this new book, please write me an e-mail at sfinfertility [at] optimum [dot] net, letting me know you want your story to be included. If you would like to submit a new story at the same time, please go to this post for the Q & A format! Thanks again!!

I really would like to participate in the Success Stories, but I am waiting until I am a bit further along. And I LOVE the book idea!
This is a wonderful idea. I met someone that is has started a website specifically for this. It is http://www.babyismine.com/. Maybe you want to contact her to try to collaborate. I have thought about a book idea too although the idea of a book is so overwhelming to me. If you want someone to bounce ideas around with.. feel free to contact me
Hello,
I have an infertility success story. I had two children (with no fertility problems) and when I was 35, started trying for one last child to complete my family. I had no idea of the struggles I would face. To put it in a nutshell, I got pregnant two months later with a pregnancy that ended with a devastating chromosomal problem (Trisomy 13), followed by five early miscarriages, one failed IUI, one miscarriage from a PGD/IVF (where the embryos are tested for chromosomal problems before being implanted into the uterus), and finally, an IVF success (five embryos implanted!) resulting in a beautiful baby boy who is the light of my life. I have written a book (memoir) chronicling my experiences with secondary infertility (plus a large number of other “bad luck” events I experienced during that timeframe). It is meant to inspire others, as I know how painful it can be. I also recently started a blog to chronicle my experiences to try to help others. If you’re interested in my story, let me know.
